Terms of Service

  • The room is open until 10.00 am and the arrival is requested from 15.00 (on earlier arrival you can deposit your luggage with us, furthermore you can move with us to enjoy the first holiday or full day full
  • We recommend that you take out a holiday insurance (travel cancellation, illness, early departure, etc.) for a small fee. Further assistance can be found here: www.europaeische.at
  • Pets are not accepted
  • Payment can be made in cash or by credit card (VISA, Mastercard) • Room cancellations are only valid in writing. Up to 3 months prior to holiday arrival no cancellation charges, from 3 months to 1 month before the holiday start will be charged 3 vacation days. From 1 month and shorter (before holiday) we charge you 90% of the booked stay.
  • We do not grant refunds for non-consumed services!
