We are Marcel and Astrid Robé, and have been managing this newly-built resort since 2001.We have two children: Matthias, who was born in 1999 and Valentina, who was born in 2003.
Marcel graduated from the Hotel Management College in Bad Gastein (Salzburg) after a three-year course. He then worked in Italy and France, learning much about how to provide a good service and cuisine. Astrid trained in business administration.
We started by managing the restaurant “Litzstöbli” in 1993. The Robé family has always owned this restaurant, but had rented it out until 1993. Marcel personally cooks for the guests and Astrid manages the service team. We had often been asked if we rent out rooms, but always declined to do so. That is why we decided to rebuild Marcel’s parents’ home in the summer of 2001.Today, we can offer you four **** apartments and 9 double rooms with a choice of breakfast or half-board.
